Good course
I do like daintonExcellent value for money, can get busy but that speaks for itself
Greens felt a bit spongey (it is winter and we have had a lot o& rain)
No complaints it’s a good course

Great course with some fantastic holes. Staff are friendly and welcoming with great facilities and a great clubhouse. The greens leave a little to be desired as do the bunkers.They could do with some sand, or at least have them all with the same sand.

The golf course itself is a vision although this time there was a lot of heavy grounds work being done! and again the greens are a vision but today there was a lot of sand around i assume due to the recent weather, unfortunately i found the greens today to be very inconsistent which does happen on the occasion here! all in all very good course and very windy so challenging thank you.

Wow, played here on Saturday in glorious weather and have to say it was my most enjoyable round of golf this year (I play fortnightly at least).
First time I have been back to Dainton in several years despit it only being 25minutes away. What a mistake it has truly developed into a gem of a course, I play at Teignmouth and Hele park regularly as well as trips to Celtic manor, sidmouth, Exeter and so on and have to say this place is up with the best of them, so good I am really considering joining a club for the first time.
I would say the course plays fairly long but is forgiving with well kept fairways and great greens, it can feel a little hilly at times but it wouldn't bother most and if you are a bit older or not as fit as some then hire a buggy or motocaddy and you'll enjoy the views you get from elevated tees and greens.
All in all I really can't fault this place and wish I'd have been back sooner.

The layout was great and the condition of the fairways and greens were consistently good. The price was very reasonable and the facilities were up to date. The clubhouse was friendly and the food after the round was delicious. Highly recommend, a fair test for any level of golfer.
