Of the 2 main Coventry courses I preferred the other however not much between them.

the course was in good condition dispute all the rain. we had a wonderful day that was spoilt by the inflexibility of the chef who refused to substitute 2 sweets for ice cream with out making an extra payment bearing in mind that there were 32 members of our society at the event

Good challenge with tree lined fairways & quick greens. Pace of play way too slow though.

A testing course
We played here in April after a lot of rain and the course had coped well with it. There were the expected wet areas but nothing to really detract from the experience. The fairways were well cut and the greens fast. It is a tight course with a lot of trees, so accuracy is important on virtually every shot. Enjoyable.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 110 Handicap: 20.2)

Well kept course. Shame they've ruined the 12th by putting large mounds of earth and long grass in the middle of the fairway to stop people driving the 286 yard par 4 green. Most clubs would have just stuck a bunker in the way. Was rather pathetic especially for those of us that hadn't played the course before and didn't know it was there over the hill! My colleague lost his ball and therefore got zero points on that hole after a straight drive!!!

The course was wet for the first hour but improved after that. Greens were good. Lots of leaves on the ground which made finding your ball a little difficult at times.

Nice course,need to be a straight hitter as the fairway's are tree lined on most holes.
The greens ran slow on the occasion I played.The fairway's are generally in good nick.
The only criticism I would give the course is that their is no second cut of rough,therefore if your ball lands off the fairway into the rough,you have to hack it out due to the deep rough.As a mid to high handicapper I found this a tough course
but overall enjoyed the course and it's facilities.

Quite tough but nice course
Quite a tough course. Greens very fast but guess ok if you play there regularly.Leaves everywhere but a windy day. Hard to fine balls. Only negative comment is that the green keepers were not very respectful of golfers. Made a lot of noise and no effort to keep quiet.

Beautifully challenging course
Fantastic. Doglegs. Ditches. Posh. Challenging. Lots of mature Trees. Well maintained true Greens. Friendly staff. highly recommended. Will play again. Had to carry distance because of wet sticky conditions. Beautiful course.Reviewer Rating
