5 This course is getting better and better. The green keeper has done a tremendous job with the greens, and all the heavy rough has been cut away to speed up play. Its cheap and it can be challenging. Dress code etc tends to be more relaxed, but the people who use the course are regulars, and decent people. Before you tee off, you can have a go at driving range with top tracer installed.

5 Nice 9 hole course with a few tricky holes. The TopTracer Driving Range is the best there is around and is great a tool to get loosened up before your round of golf.

5 It's fine for kids and learning. Bit untidy with beer cans strewed about the place. Little dress code and I have seen 5 balls on course! For £8 or so though you get what you pay for.

5 I live locally so you could say this is my home course. As the other reviewers have said, it's not by any means an international standard golf course, so don't expect as much for your ten quid!
However it can be a good challenge.
It used to be an 18 hole course until a bypass had to be built nearby so now it's 9-holes only. The original greens (before the redesign) are far better than the greens that have since been made so that can be a problem but overall it's a good course that demands a straight drive.
As mentioned above the last three par fours I have birdied, in a row, and I can tell you, there's no better feeling than ending your day of ball searching with three birdies!

5 Colin park is a council run course therefore low budget so course reflects as such. It's quite a short course driver is rarely needed.

5 Very basic course and not often kept in good condition either. The greens are terrible to be honest and if there is any rain at all there are numerous points on the course where it lies. The actual course is quite tricky and you have to keep the ball on the fairways to have any chance of a good score. The last 3 par 4's on the course give fairly good chances for some birdies. Hitting it straight is a must on here as the rough is extremely thick. For the money you can't really argue with this course though - ten pounds a round - and you can get on whenever you want.
