What a mad, weird amazing course this is!! Plays like an inland links, greens looked awful but ran pretty true. Very difficult to hold the greens with approach shots - maybe go for bump n runs!! The views go on for miles, truly beautiful. It’s a tough walk, and very hilly. Definitely one to tick off the list.

Sitting atop the Cotswolds, played on a day when the wind was really blowing. It is a nice track and some of the views are just spectacular, but there's a lot of public across the course which can be both distracting and frustrating. However, it's a bargain after 1pm, so totally worth it.

Stunning location
Bunkers require several tons of extra sand in each, greens need proper attention and protection from the livestock.Reviewer Rating

Cleeve hill first visit
Paid ?25 and had a 810am tee off...minor niggle that no one was there from the club so could not get a scorecard (a member luckily had a spare)...that aside it was a superbly scenic course and when a helicopter is going past at the same altitude it tells you how high you are...greens were in decent nick and although more signage ref next tee,150,200 yard markers would have helped we would go again,the terrain not for the unfit though...Reviewer Rating

Home course, On top of a huge hill so plays like a links course.
Lots of blind shots into the greens, lots of wind, although can be forgiving off the tee due to no big trees.

Open moor course, very scenic, some very nice holes, and you like sheep, you will be in heaven on this course.

Sand traps
Beautiful course with fantastic panoramic views on most holes. Bunkers however in desperate need of sand and the large groups of senior members need some review of their etiquette with regard to letting faster groups through, really spoils the experience when held up for fourteen of eighteen holes.Reviewer Rating
