Splendid
A superb course in the middle of Newcastle. Nice welcome. Strong fairways and superb greens. Followed by a drink a refurbished clubhouse. All for ?25. A must play for anyone visiting the north east.Reviewer Rating

The course has withstood a lot of rain recently and it's in top condition. Well done to the green keepers and ground staff.

I have played City of Newcastle before but I was really struck by how beautifully the course has matured sice last playing here. The fairways are wide and usually flanked by mature trees, meaning that there is a certain margin for error but really wayward shots are punished.
The greens are immaculate, clubhouse well appointed, staff and members friendly and at £18 for the whole day using 2 fore 1 vouchers, this represents excellent value for money.
