Read some reviews of this course and I agree, this is a beautiful course. Similar to some remote Scottish courses I've played. Not a long course but it is tricky and great for your health, it's like playing golf on the side of a mountain. Great value for money, had the course to myself except for the sheep grazing on the fairways and greens. If you haven't played this course, you definitely should. I great alternative to flat parkland courses.

Fantastic course, not too long but it's challenging with small greens and some narrow fairways.
The course is totally unique and the views are spectacular, I would definitely recommend playing this golf course.

We picked the nicest day to play. No wind and judging by the bent trees this course must get pretty wild. The views are second to none, you should bring a camera, sheep on the fairways and each hole a completely new experience. Friendly members who welcomed us with open arms. I would definitely return.

Play this course! Don't judge it by the scorecard, find a clear day in any season and you will never enjoy golf in the same way again. Extremely challenging, but fair and rewarding.

Can't stress how much I enjoyed this course. It's like no other I've ever played, feels like a links course laid out over a mountain ! Part golf part hill walk. Fairways are kept short by the sheep, greens are great and the views stunning. Don't be fooled by the distances and scorecard, this is no pitch and putt, a real test of golfing ability. Very warm welcome at the clubhouse and great breakfast. Can't wait to come back.

Played the course today with two mates, having not played here for sometime. The course is in fantastic condition and whilst physically demanding is well worth the effort. The views are spectacular and at £10 a round it is excellent value for money.

Played this course in Summer of 2011. Fantastic and natural. Not manicured but using the natural contours of the hillside. Definitely need a buggy if you are not as fit as a mountain goat. I must play it again this year.

Play. This. Course. Then play it again the next day. No two days up there are the same. Low scores are possible (if unlikely) if you manage to get a round in in fair weather, but this is presents the very best golfers with a challenge unlike any other with quickly changing levels as you make your way to the top of the hill and back down. If there is a more challenging first three holes in golf then I am yet to find them. You'd think that opening with 3 par 3s would make them easy...

The greens are kept in excellent condition, and the fairways are friendly to play from. Keep hitting straight and enjoy the views!

A one off course where the weather controls your card - a short course on some days - a beast on others. Physically exhausting, spectacular views, very very hospitable.
Has to be played to believe.

Great morning

Had a truly wonderful morning. Was made extremely welcome, course in excellent condition, weather was good with little breeze so perhaps played at it’s easiest but can imagine it’s a stiff test on a windy day. If you play poorly on the day you’ll still enjoy the magic of the magnificent views and charm of the course. Great value for money and I’m going back to play again. 17/08/2023
