Great value for money for a Saturday. Only £10 plus course was in good condition

Good Course

The course was in very good condition and teaches you to plot your way around a course, the only complaint would be the bunkers which had a dusting of grit over a very solid base, there was no way to play out of these with any confidence. and this lets the course down

Overall great value for money. A testing front nine and a more relaxing back nine that you can easily make a mess of!

Very good conditions for time of year, tee off on mats which i don't like but got to be expected. Mats not very good.

A fair course, having played recently was very disappointed with the greens - too fluffy and when playing early morning holds the dew and negates any turn you would expect. The 10th hole can barely be called a golf hole more akin to pitch and putt.

Range is good but nowhere to practice putting other than a makeshift ropey green near the first tee.

Overall value for money, but could be much better with a bit more attention (Greens, Tee boxes and bunkers)

As a beginner I have played very few courses yet but I was pleasantly surprised that although my level of golf is pretty poor still I really enjoyed the round and found the course quite forgiving. The holes were mixed up nicely and the water hazards really made me think about my game. It seems incredible value for money and is very well looked after, paths etc so getting around even on slightly soggy day was not as muddy and slippery as another course I'd played.

How you justify 30 pound green fee for 15 holes, no clubhouse or bar is beyond me. Course not looked after and a really poor turn out all round. Shame as it could be really good if they cared about the course and their customers. Avoid

Two different nines here, the outward nine has wide fairways which allow you to open your shoulders and get the big guns out, and the shorter more tricky back nine. The fairways were well defined with a thick rough. I always have an issue with this as I understand it is rough but you spend so much time looking for balls in it, especially in the these days of 5 hour rounds. The greens were good with a good roll on them. The staff were friendly and helpful with any queries. Let down by no catering facilities.
