Castle hawk
This course is very good for all abilities the staff are very friendly i would recommend this course to anybody there is also a cheaper rate during the evening(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 90 Handicap: )

Course
Hi I played my first game here in 20 yrsFriends and I used tokay her yers ago. But I have bee living away and abroad working.
Got back to Stockport.to retirement.so had a day there october 2018
Fantastic day s golf signage on a few holes could be better,bot the course was fantastic
Played Maryland the week before another old haunt utter rubbish the course is worse than it ever was
Castle hawk is wonderful value very laid back,and for what I paid was amazing value I thing paid £10 .50 for the day 2rounds of 18 holes can’t beat that anywhere

Friendly well located course
An interesting 9 hole course set out to provide some birdie opportunities for good course management or for big hitting risk takers especially on the 4th par 5 and 13th par 4 and the 9th,16th,and 18th,.Like all courses if you can keep it on the middle of the fairway life is so much easier.Reviewer Rating

Played a couple of weeks ago on Saturday, so 18 hole course played on. First time had been, course varied enough and a decent challenge. Odd green could have been better. Planning to go again.

Not played here in a long time, to be honest it was getting rather shabby (even if its a cheap round). Today was different. I played the the longer course and it was a lot better kept and in better shape than the last time I played. It looks like there has been a bit of time, money and effort put in to the place! It shows! Keep it up, it could be a good venue to keep returning to being the cheapest round in the area!

18 hole course is good for practicing your short game. The 9 hole course is a test for a golfer of any standard. A couple of long holes which are closer to par 5 than 4 and a lopvely water feature hole to watch out for.

A surprisingly good municipal course with two course selections on site. Friendly staff, all day passes and well maintained grounds despite the working men's municipal status make visiting Castle Hawk a joy.
If you're looking for a round or two without the snobbery that comes with some clubs or the poor maintenance of some municipals then Castle Hawk is the place for you.
