Cracking course with excellent views. Course is in great condition and greens are like a snooker table

One of my favourite courses in Northern Ireland. Not overly long, beautiful scenery and views of the lough, plenty of variety in holes, forgiving for beginners but tricky enough to give low handicappers a decent challenge. A good test of your full golf game. Love it!

The 18 hole course at Carnalea is excellent value for money, costing only £17.50 a round. The first nine holes offer a challenging game of golf on a lynx course, with many doglegs and hidden greens. The ninth hole par three proving particulary tricky. The back nine holes, are in a parkland setting, again with many doglegs and hidden greens. The course itself is well kept, with the greens and the fairways being fast. If anything this course should be played for the views alone, over Belfast Loch.
