The coarse is in fantastic condition but BEWARE most of the holes are tree lined with out of bounds on both sides of most of the very narrow fairways, you will need to be straight if you are to score well on this coarse.I did not play well but two of our group hit there handicaps .I dont like the idea of not being able to book tee times as this can lead to long queues but we went off straight away and hardly see anybody all day.

Some of the best greens I've ever played on, even the temporary green being used on one hole whilst they make alterations to the one was perfec!
The whole course was immaculately maintained....definitely play here again soon. Only slight concern is that you can't book tee-times, we played on a Friday, great if you fancy an off the cuff game, but I suppose there is potential for queues forming on a weekend. That said when we arrived the carpark was almost full and we hardly saw anyone else on the course. I've played virtually all the courses within a 15 mile radius, this is definitely up with the best of them. Didn't use the club facililites but the golf shop looked fairly well stocked.

I am very familiar with the area and have played quite a few local courses.
The first time I visited Canons Brook and I have to say I was very impressed.
The course was in very good condition, seems like it is well maintained by the staff...as well as other golfers.
A very nice mixture of holes with bunkers in good condition and in all the right/wrong places, whichever way you look at it.
I took advantage of the twilight rate after 4pm and for the £17 it was worth every penny.
I will have no issues in returning as soon as I can and will highly recommend.

Great round
First time back in 2024. After a lot of rain the clouds held off for a few days. The course was in great condition with greens running quite fast. Great day out.Reviewer Rating

Definitely worth a visit
Very enjoyable course to play. Some challenging holes requiring thoughtful Club selection and accurate shots. Despite being wet and boggy in places course in excellent condition. Greens soft and spongy but running very true. Expect them to be very good in summer!Reviewer Rating
