Very poor golf course.\\\\Overpriced, Cane pins,(Some of which are missing) no rake\\\\\\\'s in bunkers, GREENS ARE SLOWER THAN SLOW, you need to hit driver on massive slow greens. The greens were like my homeclub\\\\\\\'s fairway\\\\\\\'s.\\\\Slowest
greens i\\\\\\\'ve ever played. (20years golfer) Hole placement looked like it had been there for a month. semi rough is Us open standard on one hole, then none whatsoever on the next. \\\\Different sand in all bunker\\\\\\\'s. Layout only gets good after 8th hole. First seven were rather bland holes. , 10th fairway was in terrible condition. No GUR marking\\\\\\\'s anywhere on course. Random man made mounds litter the course, make course look silly and amateurish. AVOID total RIP -OFF

The course is playing pretty good considering all the rain we have had over the last three weeks as long as you avoid the rough, a couple of feet into rough expect to use your alotted time to find your ball As this may be a pain in the A*$E to some folk i found it made the course that wee bit more challenging.

Decent public course for the average golfer, can sometimes be too busy to get a round or being held up with slow play. Good alternative is Camperdown golf course.

Good steady course, excellent value for money and only 5 minutes door to 1st tee. Recent tidy up of tees and regular change of pin positions adds to the challenge. Downsides - bunkers have no rakes and are fairly hard packed for the most part

Eh've played Cairdy twice a week, every week this this summer and early Autumn. Great value for money at two thirds of the cost of the private club I am a member of and very convenient at 5 minutes door to 1st tee. A decent round with good challenge and learning potential for a high handicapper like me. Friendly and helpful starters. Downsides = Bunkers lack of rakes, poor sand. Bamboo flag pins let down otherwise decent greens
