Pharaoh Golf

Excellent Course on the edge of The Cotswolds
Superb course, with a challenging layout, to test all levels.The tee-boxes are in better conditions to many other clubs greens.
Fairways beautifully maintained.
Greens in superb condition.
Friendly club, excellent halfway house refreshments.
Great value food in the clubhouse. Best bacon sandwich ever.

Lovely parkland course
Burford is a well kept and well looked after course. The facilities in the clubhouse are excellent and the food very good. We found the club very welcoming and we all enjoyed playing there. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition.(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 90 Handicap: 17.4)

Course was immaculate and greens were superb. Fairways are a little tight but rewards are there if you stick to them. Golf shop and Professional is excellent.

Beautiful course, immaculately turned out
The course is a gem of a parkland course. A members club with some of the best bunkers (lots of sand) and greens (fast, true and so well turned out) I have played.Enjoyed playing immensely and will definitely be back.

Lovely course
Course in excellent condition, played with a member so good vfm. Minimal rough so easy enough to find errant drives but mature trees ensure players who hit fairways are rewarded.Reviewer Rating

Up there with the best in Oxon
Top quality track, very tight and tests all area of the game. Only let down by it's practice facilities which the club, to their credit, are working on.Seriously good course.

Fulford Heath Golf Club Away Day
What an excellent choice we made to hold our annual B Team outing at Burford. The course was in superb condition and challenging enough to test those with a lower handicap. The greens were in excellent condition if a touch slower than expected. The Club made us feel very welcome with a wonderful breakfast and two course meal after the 18 holes.10 out of 10 for an excellent day out, thank you Burford.

Real Cotswold Gem
The course is immaculate...not a random leaf on the ground or a blade of grass out of place. Greens are firm, fast and true, and again, immaculate. A must play if you\'re in the area. Truly stunning. Clubhouse nice too...bit dated but service great, food great, members very friendly. Most of all though, pace of play was fair and steady. Extremely enjoyable. Top class.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic day out.

Excellent greens and fairways. The rough is cut very short so you can easily find your ball, but you are still penalised for being off line by the numerous trees. In the winter this is one of the driest courses around.

Immaculate greens and course. The staff were very friendly, and very welcoming. The course well looked after and the green keepers need to be commended. I feel that the course is a bit short for me, however the trees make it challenging

Very friendly and helpful assistant pro, excellent course in great condition. Quite tight in parts requiring accuracy off the tee, some great looking holes, interesting course and very true and consistent green's. Will definitely play again.
