Being a complete novice of only 6 months this course was ideally suited to me for helping to improve my exposure to 'tactile' golf. A driving range can do only so much.
The greens were in excellent condition and overall the drainage on the entire site is superb.
For a beginner with a terrible slice, the proximity to the road on tees 1, 4 and 8 were a little unnerving and the safety netting in place is a little sporadic. Also watch out for the long row of housing lining the entire length of hole 15.
The only real concern was the visibility of some flags from the tees, especially a couple of uphill holes. Thankfully, this small inconvenience is offset by a very informative scorecard with a great plan of the the entire course.
