Magical course
A very tricky course, tough rough. If you don't like a course that's just up and down then play Briggens Park. positioning is everything here. It make your game better. 10 out of 10.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 97 Handicap: 19.6)

Worth playing
First time I have played this course, it was obvious that all staff work hard to keep the course up to standard. I found some of the holes very demanding but enjoyable, the greens are undulating and testing but very enjoyable . But the green fee is great value for weekday unlimited play.Reviewer Rating

I have enjoyed this course for a couple of years now and it has helped my game develop. The down side of my game improving is I am finding the greens a bit in need of some work, however the groundsman are working on this and the course continues to improve all the time.

Although this is only a 9 hole course it is very challenging for me. The staff are excellent and it has really helped with my development.

Short and very good for beginners, some challenging holes. Greens could be a little better but for £7.50 after 3 and £10 on weekend for 9 its not bad at all.

Although it is a nine hole course it is very taxing, you need to be accurate with your fairway shots in able to avoid the well positioned bunkers and avoid the trees that will punish wayward shots. The greens are also on the small side and very hard to read. In places the rough is "rough" and you will be unlikely to find your ball. The course actually drains really well and even with the rain we have had recently, the course has remained open and you are even able to use trolleys.

very interesting 9 hole course set in fantastic grounds of an old mansion.
good little test,no two holes similar in any way possible the only minor fault is greens are quite small but for £12 at this time of year for 18 holes-whos complaining
