This course is predominantly played across the side of a valley with the last 6 holes on relative flat land. Challenging but interesting whilst at times frustrating. Would definitely return

The course was in very good condition the organisation of tee off was discrasfull 2/10 so sorry for the score but it was a nightmare.

A joy to visit

Tee times limited on the day due to a members competition but managed to book a 10.10am on line. Arrived early and where offered an earlier tee time with a members fourball allowing us to play before them. Our first time here and not disappointed. Its a great course with some great views. There is a gradual climb upto the 8th/9th holes so beware. However the climb is worth it. Course is in great condition and a proper challenge, as the slope rating of 138 (off yellows) confirms. We passed and crossed the President's fourball a couple of times and found them to be very friendly and welcoming. Lovely clubhouse and the pint of White Rat and Bradley burger most welcome at the end. Excellent value and strongly recommended.

Tough greens at this course

This course drains very well in what we've experienced with rainfall. The greens are very difficult and a great test.

Early start and Frost / snow still on the Fringes, but excellent ocndidtion, well drained and most Greens in great shape, if you don't like playing on a slope though, don't come here!

Nice club with many improvements over last few months. Fast and true greens.
A few ditches put in so beware if not played recently. Excellent service in bar and good food and well-kept ales.Bargain green fees on monday, and tue/wed/thu if no comps - check website.
