Fabulous Course
Quality course set in a country estate location with excellent facilities for practice with Driving Range, Academy course chipping and putting areas.Professionals and staff are really helpful as was the starter and his little tips. Lots of bunkers so accuracy is essential to good scoring. Greens are fast and smooth with well conditioned fairways and tees.Reviewer Rating

The conditions of the course were excellent and the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. The hole design was varied and larger and more difficult than my normal courses, which added a challenge. The practice facilities were great and the course was challenging yet well kept. The combined golf with an overnight stay was a great experience - the staff were fantastic, the food was first class, and the course was in perfect condition. The design was well thought out and challenging. All in all, an excellent course and fabulous accommodation.

Good Challenge
Played here before and the course is a really good challenge. Bunkers protect all the greens so bring your sand game. Accurate driving will bring its rewards but you still have some undulating greens to negotiate.Only criticism was there were some old divots that could do with being filled in.

Really good challenge
A course offering something for all handicapsGood layout with some clever bunkering inviting you to go for it when a layup is a good option. Like all good courses bring your A game. Really enjoyed playing here.

Beautiful Bowwod
Stunning track in excellent condition. Good test of golf. Rough was up when we played as the English pga was due to be played there. Greens very true. Had food afterwards and it was top notch.Reviewer Rating

I have been a golf member for almost my first full season at Bowood and it has been and continues to be one of the best I have ever experienced due to the welcome, friendliness and unique facilities as well as being an amazing golf course. I can highly recommend to anyone who is considering either to play as a visitor or to become a member to not think twice as I am sure you will find whatever you chose it would no doubt be a memorable experience.

Top Class Facility
Bowood is a superb golf course. Intelligent design, good bunkering and lots of multi tiered greens make this a really good challenge. Also one of the classiest stay & play venues in the UKReviewer Rating

Lovely course in good nick. Was lucky to get round it when it was quiet and a couple of members let me through on the 3rd which was appreciated. Warm welcome in the pro shop too. Course itself played well and is a decent challenge. Nice variety in the course and greens were decent if a little firm. Will play again when in the area.

Bowood
Course was in fantastic condition, shame about the weather as it did not stop raining all day. Despite this and the obvious effect on the golf all elements of the course were superb. Very friendly staff and as always a pleasure to visit(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 107 Handicap: 19.4)

Beautiful
What a stunning course. The attention to detail around the course is awesome, was a pleasure to be there. Stunning views, babbling streams, tree lined adges, even the approach by car through some of Cornwall's most enchanting wooded roads. Superb facilities
