Played during a week and had a buggy for a bit of a treat. Phoning the club is a nightmare so I always email. I was given my time and buggy no problem. The course is a delight to play with the longer hitters catered for, but those off a shorter distance still in with a shout, particularly on the back nine, with the delightful 18th finishing off. Its greens were fast and true with rarely a bump.
To finish off the day I had a breakfast which was hot, tasty and prompt, a winning combination.

The course was in great condition. The Pro was very helpful but we received a poor welcome in the clubhouse. Food was overpriced and portions small.

Stayed in the hotel. Lovely place. Nice golf course, good bit of variety through both 9's.. Well kept.. Bunkers in poor condition but just after a very bad spell of weather..

Very dry, with hard close fairways. Greens hard to stop need to play up short to stop on most greens. Front nine has some great views and interesting holes, back shorter not so challenging but a brilliant closing hole with a blind drive and second over water to well protected green 5 here is good. Very Enjoyable apart from the large group of ladies who were rather slow which forced me to take a break in the bar while letting them play on in front before starting back 9. Beware of large groups as this is a hotel with packages for clubs, societies etc.

Played front nine only, very good nick with lush fairways, very presentable greens. There was not a bare patch of earth to be seen so able to play all ways interesting holes with water at the ninth, not really in play. Good all round value, didnt stop for a pint/ sandwich played of an evening
