Lovely course, shame there were 5 winter greens but the course had stood up well again the heavey rain we have had

Fantastic course and a real challenge especially in the wind. Greens run true and are in great condition. Clubhouse and facillities leave a lot to be desired but well worth a visit to play the course.

A good test of golf with varied holes and excellent greens. Great panoramic views from parts of the course which adds to the experience. Limited practice facilities unless you want a bit of a hike before you play other than putting practice. The bar staff are chatty and friendly and made us feel very much at home and the club house is clean and comfortable. Pro shop is well stocked and worth a look.

We book through internet site only paid £15.00 per person but we arrived at 07:15 for a 07:30 tee time shop was not open we waited for 30 minutes and then decided to tee off! we later found out that the shop did not open until after eight. no good if you need a few bits.

Played on bank holiday monday, pro shop not open till 9am despite taking our 730 booking so unable to get a score card, fortunately managed to get one from one of the members. Front 9 ok, but 3 holes had had the flags stolen and in there place was a twig from nearby trees!! greens on back 9 terrible and parts of course were appalling where tractors been through. I was looking forward to playing here from reports from friends who had previously played here but i wont be rushing back.

AWESOME VIEWS. EXCELLENT TEST OF GOLF - WOULD RECOMMEND A VISIT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A CHALLENGE. PLAY TO YOUR HANDICAP HERE ON A WINDY DAY (THEY HAVE 365 OF THEM) AND YOU'VE DONE WELL.
