Played this course for the first time and have to say that I really enjoyed myself. I didn't have a tee time as I had not planned on getting a round in on the day but found myself with a spare few hours so turned up and spoke to a very helpful lady behind the bar who gave me a visitors pass and a scorecard. The only downside being that I had to pay cash for my round as they did not have a card machine. Played the first 4 holes by myself which was a nice way to start the round, 2 short par 4's followed by 2 par 3's. I was then invited to join a 2 ball in front who were members out for a leisurely round. Peter and John were great company, very friendly and helpul, even gave me some great advice when on each tee as to which line to go for. All round cracking blokes, a credit to this club. The course itself has some nice holes, the condition of the fairways and greens is really good, I was impressed although I was told the greens even though great will be receiving even more work to get them to an even better standard. Good variety of holes and there is enough room to open your shoulders and really go for it off some of the tees. I visit friends in the local area a few times a year so I can say without any doubt at all I will be back.

Course in great condition the greens well looked after pro shop lots on the shelves great value for money

Fantastic Condition and Location

Boldon is remarkable, the course is in excellent condition, greens are fast. The scenery around this course makes it a beautiful day out on a sunny day. Well worth a visit.

Always a pleasure to play

This course has always been my choice. I have played here since I was a junior and am still enjoying every aspect of it. Our greens this year have very much improved they are very fast and in exceptional condition. All our visitors enjoy the course and frequently return.

Course was in lovely condition and the greens were lightning fast as a worthy challenge to any handicapper. Layout of the course has some challenging holes to keep it very interesting. Throw in an excellent pro shop and a nice club house and there is little room for complaint here.
