Swinging in the rain !
A challenging course with its own Amen Corner, 11th,12th and 13th. I play this course regularly and it's a good parkland course. However, at the moment the greens are not looking at their best.Reviewer Rating

Reasonable municipal course
This is a very cheap place to playAs a practice round its good fun with some very short holes.

Great mid handicapper and starter challenge
Greens need a lot of work, pitch marks all over the green, need more discipline from golfers.On the 18th it was covered in geese and obvious droppings spread all
Over the place.
After 15:00 it's ?6.50 which is amazing

SLOW SLOW PLAY.
Turned up after a rainy night and temporary greens 11/18 where in play. Acceptable besides the fact that these were totally neglected. The greens that where in play were good and fast, but the inconsistency between the temps caused difficult putting.I played as a two ball and it took us just under four hours. For a course playing just over 5k yards this was shocking. From the first tee we were stuck behind a four ball that refused to let us through, and not sounding nasty were terrible. Absolutely shocking behaviour. At one point there were two clears holes in front of them.
I have enjoyed playing the course over the years, but today as disappointed me.
