Organsied a Golf Day here at short notice for 18 players. Club really well ran since being taken over and course in very good condition.

Course in decent shape given the time of year. Plenty of variation in the holes. I would certainly recommend it.

A pleasant surprise. Friendly welcome from the pro shop and the members I met as I arrived without notice and without clubs for a visitor round after finishing work early in the area. Its a short but well kept and presented course in near perfect nick on 1st July. Well thought out use of the limited space and to squeeze two long Par 5's, two long (200 yard) par 3's and 3 great short part 4's is a really good effort. Despite the length its well designed and with mature thick lines of trees close to almost all the short holes then its no easy score. I managed to play just over my handicap of 15 after a strong par, par finish. The only real disappointments were the two road crossings and the slightly underwhelming Par 3, Par 3 finish.

just played it again,rough has been trimmed down and is very playable from,nice course,greenfree 2 for 1s monday to friday,very enjoyable, greens played very well
