Played there on Sunday 1st Feb 2015. Charged full price to play winter tees and greens. Extremely disappointed with the state of the course. The original Greens that were in play were in an awful state,fairways were ok.

always enjoy north shore. great condition this time as usual. staff always pleasant and helpful. links style with narrow fairways but open rough areas. can be tight when its crowded but not a real problem. wind usually plays a part here but all in all very enjoyable course.

Tough knock in the rain.
A nice open looking course but when the rain and wind is up, it really shows it’s teeth as it’s hard to sometimes distinguish the fairway and the cuts of rough. The rough was deep in places and needed Popeyes’ forearms to get back in play. Hard to find your ball in there.Greens were excellent. Knowing which line to hit on a few blind holes wasn’t easy either so once played, that knowledge helps. Clubhouse was looking tired and no chef working when we played, but the bar staff girl worked hard to serve us drinks and snacks and batches.
All in all a pleasant and challenging experience and worth playing.

What a quality golf course, 33 of us played here on Wednesday, this is a different style of course very open but with teeth. A fair test for all golfers, with fantastic greens, all very well presented. We were made most welcome by all the staff and to end the day a 4* meal. Would recommend we will be back. Society package great value.

Excellent course and friendly pro and menbers,course in very good condition and greens very fast.No complaints whatsoever.Need to be accurate as they have very narrow fairways and the light rough is severe

North Shore Gem
Recently visited Blackpool North Shore Golf Club for a match. What an interesting find this was, on my first visit. Driving along the road to the Club, there was no hint of what was to greet me.Firstly, what a fantastic Clubhouse, and the breakfast rolls were fabulous.
Other than the practice putting area, I didn't avail myself of any other practice facilities.
Onto the course, standing on the first tee, an incredible sight to see almost all the front 9 laid out before me, lots of undulations, down, across up, interesting layout.
What looks like a Links, wants to be a Links, is not a Links, not Parkland, not Heathland, but plays like a Links, it's Blackpool North Shore. It sounds crazy, but this incredible course, doesn't know what it is.
Great range of holes, love the par 3s, and what a finishing hole the uphill 18th is, playing back up to the impressive Clubhouse.
I know there are more illustrious and lauded neighbourhood courses, but, for the price of a round here, just get yourself to Blackpool North Shore, you will love it.
Ps maybe go on a day when the wind is below 25 mph, if that's possible on the Fylde Coast.
