as challenging and beautiful the course is when the wind is blowing and the sun is shining a course that has only very recently hollow tined the greens and perhaps not even cut them that morning should not be charging full green fee rates for very slow and of course bumpy greens. It spoil our enjoyment on 24 september

Nice course, not the hardest but still good fun. Greens very slow maybe time of year. Good food in the bar and very friendly staff. Give it a go.

Windy and Wet winter golf but big bury hold up quite well in the winter months. Worth a round with lovely views.

Good links course, undulating with the wind proving a testing obstacle. Friendly members and good facilities in the club house.

A good course but just a bit boring there's great views and it is in good nick but theres nothing that takes your breath away.
This is not negative but a reality.
The staff were very friendly and the food was more than sufficient.
On saying all of this it is worth a visit.
Then try Thurlestone and Dartmouth and perhaps see which you think is best.

Wide Fairways help

Played this course for the first time and had a good round by my standards.
Upon arrival (16:10), we discovered that there is no food served after 4pm but undeterred we went out and ejoyed a very very good course. The fairways are nice and wide so forgiving to high handicappers.

The greens were in excellent condition and the views really make this a great course to play. Not expensive and the staff were very welcoming so I'll look forward to coming back again in the future.

Great track!

Played here on the 3rd of July. Great course and very forgiving. In superb condition and even in the strong winds I thoroughly enjoyed playing here. Some great views over to Burgh Island. Would like to play it again.

favourite course- love it!

lovely course with amazing views across to Burgh Island. Greens not at their best today- a bit bobbly but due to the recent cold weather. When it warms up the greens will soon be back to their best. No practice net at the moment.

Very enjoyable round.
Greens were very true.
Fairways quite wide and first cut was reasonably short.
