as challenging and beautiful the course is when the wind is blowing and the sun is shining a course that has only very recently hollow tined the greens and perhaps not even cut them that morning should not be charging full green fee rates for very slow and of course bumpy greens. It spoil our enjoyment on 24 september

We played the course on a beautiful day with light winds so idea to appreciate the wonderful views. The only slight downer being the greens had recently been hollow tyned but whilst a little bumpy were still running well. The course was in good condition and provides a nice layout with varied holes. Add to that a recently refurbished clubhouse and friendly staff and you get a very good day out. Would have no hesitation in visiting again

Windy and Wet winter golf but big bury hold up quite well in the winter months. Worth a round with lovely views.

Over-looking the Esturary and the Sea on the Devon coast, this is one of the most scenic courses I've played. Pick a good weather day and enjoy the views.
Course was in great condition and Nigel the Pro and club manager an excellent host.

Beautiful course with amazing views out to sea across Bigbury and Bantham through the back 9. Tough first drive with road on left. Challenging par 5s up hill in to the wind (assuming its a prevailing south-westerly) and three long par 3s. Generally in fantastic condition with lovely greens.

This course has fantastic views looking out to some beautiful landscapes. The holes are equally as fantastic with some challenging holes and even for the beginner still a lot of fun.

Good links course, undulating with the wind proving a testing obstacle. Friendly members and good facilities in the club house.
