Played last week on a great deal for a 5 o'clock knock..I thought more practice as it's a course I had never really liked...but to my surprise. It looked well presented..and has better holes that I had just dismissed..the back nine i really enjoyed ,especially the last 4 ..and the par 3 16th..would not look out of place at wallasey..it wont be to long before I return .Reviewer Rating

Great Hospitality
Not what you expect when you arrive but the hospitality of the staff and members are great, early season but the course was in good condition and very nice green that rolled wellReviewer Rating

Excellent greens and fairways. Tight and technical start opens up into a flowing back 9. Pro shop was shut after 5 and difficult to get into clubhouse if a non-member due to locked door but friendly service all round and great value twilight. Will be returning soon.

OK it's been a dry February but the greens today were in really fabulous condition. Didn't lose 1 ball or find 1 bunker either. A few tee mats in operation but no temp. greens. For £15 it was a steal. ( Score 84 )

12 of us made the trip to play in Saturday 's Texas scramble.We received a warm welcome from the Pro & the ladies that were busy feeding hungry golfers.(sausage were really good).
Out on the course we enjoyed tidy,well manicured fairways,fringes & greens.The greens were very good in terms of speed,smoothness and tricky to read borrows.
I agree with some previous comments about the closeness of tees & greens but with some common sense and etiquette shouldn't cause a problem.
An enjoyable round and all for £10 each.

Played in our golf society at Bidston, they realy looked after us all, Alan the Professional gave us a great price. The course was great, plenty to think about on nearly all the holes, greens where exeptional. Food was also good, overall great value for money, fully recomend a visit.

course in fantastic condition, greens some of the best ive played, quite deceiving though and fast but added to the great experience
