Excellent course that not many people seem to know about but well worth a vsit, superb undulating fairways, good greens, interesting and varied holes with some fantastic views overlooking Bath. Would definitely recommend.

Compelled to review my home course. Not the longest but a great test, looks really easy on the card but Harry Colt left plenty of challenges and the local knowledge really counts on where to put the ball in the fairways and into some of the greens - the short 7th being a perfect example.
High above Bath it really is an all weather course, draining the rain away super quickly. Busier in the week than at weekends. Great practice ground above the 17th fairway especially to hone the knockdown shots into the wind.

Lovely lovely park land course. Very fair fairways, greens are really tough to read. Done us a great deal on price's for our four ball. Never seen a course drain like it apparently only a foot of top soil then solid rock base. Clubhouse refurbished and very nice.

This long established course set on the freely draining Bathampton Down enjoys spectacular views over the beautiful City of Bath and surrounding countryside. The course provides a very good test of golf for all standards and if nothing else is a wonderful walk! To be so close to Bath and all its delights makes the course even more attractive - especially for spouses/partners who do not play!!
