For a local municipal it is spot on, greens a bit slow, but nice rolling fairways
with enough elevation changes and lateral slopes to keep you on your toes. A lot more varied overall than some other nearby courses.

Best Public Course in the area.
Panshanger is by far the best Public Golf course in the surrounding area. The holes are varied and very challenging especially for any right handed playerswith a slight slice or fade. Situated in the Mimram Valley means taht there are lots of sloping fairways that make it difficult to stay on the fairway. At the moment the course is in a good condition most greens are very good but rough/semi rough slightly longer than I would like so leading to lost balls a lot of the time.Reviewer Rating

Good value round
Generally the course is in pretty good condition especially the greens. However the putting practise green which is huge is in a terrible state and nothing like the greens so making practise a waste of time.Have to go to the pub down the road for a pint aftyerwards but thats not really a hardship
