Brilliant Value
I have played the course many times and the last one being yesterday in pouring rain. Generally the course is well set out and looked after. In the rain the greens held up particularly well and even though the odd fairway looked a bit tatty it is understandable considering the weather! The course has its tricky holes and its opportunities too.Reviewer Rating

Greens are like carpets!
The greens are like carpets; better than most private courses I’ve played this summer and competitively priced and cheaper than other private courses. Great course to play for a council run course! Loved this course and the members.
What a great course with great members. A really warm welcome from their members set up a great days golf. The course was in great condition and had some interesting holes on it.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 88 Handicap: 14.4)

Who new it was on my doorstep.
Fantastic golf course. No disrespect intended but you wouldn't think this was a municipal golf course whatsoever. It really does show alot of private pay and play golf courses how to go on. Unfortunately they've had a little vandalism on the greens so they've top dressed the greens and you wouldn't notice. Will be visiting regularly. Obviously can't comment on food and drink with the current global pandemic.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic course , getting better each year. Won’t be long before it’s the premium course in the area ! \\\\Greens are Suburb, country mile better than 5/6/7 years ago. \\\\Heard a new headgreenkeeper took over 2 years ago? He’s doing a class job ! \\\\10 out of 10 , bargain price \\\\Defiantly be back !

well impressed
Greens in immaculate condition. very challenging, never a straight forward putt which adds to the enjoyment of the game., and puts a bit of fun into the round. Rest of the course in very good condition, well impressed, would highly recommend and will play the course again. Well done to all concerned(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 88 Handicap: 14.3)
