The first six holes are quite a walk but it levels out thereafter. If you need a buggy we keep plenty just in case! They are inexpensive and advised if you have difficulties.

Played here last week. Due to the high elevation of the course, drainage is excellent. There are some very special holes here. The 16th is a hole like no other with a 50 ft drop half way down the fairway. Always play here at Easter whilst on holiday, great views over Seaton. Highly recommend.

A really enjoyable course to play at any time of year. It's really improved since I played there last the rough has been cut back so you don't have to spend ages looking for your ball.
Great views and an interesting layout , bit tricky if it's your first visit with the blind tee shots, just hit it hard at the black and white pole ! Some good deals on food in the clubhouse too

Sadly this was ruined by the weather, I left my umbrella in the car because you would of seen me flying over Bridport if I put it up!. The welcome in the clubhouse was warm & I was sent on my way up the hill to the 1st With the first 6 holes all uphill I knew it was going to be hard work then the rain came to just add more trouble to it. The greens were soft, the firways were in good condition. I needed my driver to hit into the wind on the par 3 14th. When I got to the green the heveans opened and I had to stand in front of my bag to keep my clubs dry, when it stopped I was soaked by the time I got to the 16th I was blown bone dry. On 15 my Tee shot had to go out over the cliffs by about 30 yards for the wind to bring it back onto the course, my 2nd shot the wind was blowing the other way just as strongly, what hope has an amateur got? the heveans opened again on the last & I arrived back at the clubhouse like a drowned rat. The after round Food was greatly appreciated & the local members good company too. All in all I really like my visits here

Will divide opinions. Would guess that 75% of tee shots and approach shots are blind depending how far you hit it. Lots of holes crossing other fairways. 16th is a good hole. Greens and bunkers were poor. No mention of temporary green beforehand either was a shame. Good price, not for me however

sea view experience

the holes 2 to 6 are all blind challenges, after these the course opens to dramatic views of the sea. With no tree to deflect the wind, this is the hazard to negotiate.
the 7th is a dramatic view, across a valley, with a huge grass bunker just short on the right. the 15th is parallel with the cliffs and the 16th is a simple drive on the flat, and a chip off the "edge of the world", a very good course

Played on 16/05/2017. Course and hospitality brilliant though not recommended for anyone with dodgy knees or asthmatic [like me]. It has some steep climbs and a number of blind shots. The weather on the day meant I was unable to complete the round but I was given a free pass for my next visit. I would thoroughly give this course the thumbs up, nice course and nice people

Fabulous links course on the top of Devon cliffs overlooking Seaton. Some very testing holes and a long course with plenty of blind greens.
