The 12th is the signature hole and beat me hands down. I suspect I wasn't on my own though.
The staff in the clubhouse were very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout the day and I was stuffed after eating a fine three course meal.
Altogether a very good experience.
Ignore the negative comments previously posted, I suspect they are used to playing courses similar to Augusta!

I paid £36 to play which means i could play as many rounds in that day as i wanted but after 18 I really didnt want to. i used my putter on the first 6 greens and then didnt even bother. other than the greens I thought the course is well layed out and well kept but still rather boggy cosidering the lack of rain we have had.
After my 18 holes I wanted to go for a drink and bite to eat, but the kitchen closes at 2pm and i wouldnt of been abble to anyway as you can only pay on card for a minimum of £20.
If the course was fairly priced and offered a rate for just 18 holes priced between £18-£25 it would reflect the condition.
