Good place to start
Good course for beginners as the fairways are very wide in places, but they are a bit clayey and uneven(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 45 Handicap: )

Good for Learning
Big wide open course, ideal for golfers starting out as the fairways are very wide, however they are a bit un even and the day I played a little to long. The greens were good though and fairly true.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 46 Handicap: )

Great affordable golf
I thoroughly enjoyed playing this course, I'm new to the game and have played at a few different clubs. I have to say this is the friendliest club I have visited in Staffordshire, staff and members alike. The course is challenging yet not off putting to the less experienced golfer as it has lovely wide fairways.Reviewer Rating

Good course slow play
Ive played here once before and its as good as it was then. However this time I caught up with a 3 ball and was on the tee with them twice and they didnt let me through. In the end I forced my way through and took the chance I may have been hit by a ball. When i went to try and go through the first time i was told "we cant go any faster" but when I caught up with 2 other 3 balls they both let me through. The course was in good condition and played best round of the year so far. Wide fairways means recovery from a poor tee shot is good.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 94 Handicap: 28.3)

Good course and value for money
Wide fairways which is good for beginners / high-handicappers. £12 unlimited play is good if you have the time to make good use.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 106 Handicap: 27.3)

Great course for med-high hcp, shropshire
Steady course, great for getting back up to speed with the game when not played for a while. Rough is very manageable and easy to find your ball. Good value for money course in the Shropshire area.(Round played: Jan 2018 - Score: 93 Handicap: 25)

Always a good place
Great course! £10 for unlimited golf! Nice wide fairways, considering all the bad weather we have had recently with snow and ice, this course is in great shape! No puddles or quagmires of mud. Friendly golfers helped point me in the right direction as this was my first time here! Will be going again!(Round played: Mar 2018 - Score: 102 Handicap: 28)

v good greens v good value

A lovely friendly 9 hole course with different tees for the back nine. Fairways in good condition. Price of round also includes a bucket of balls on the driving range, so no excuse not to warm up. No club facilities at the moment but work in progress. Drinks and snacks available to purchase.
