Captain Flamingos Day
Incredibly helpful staff for organising and booking our golf society day, accommodating my society’s requests for a fun day, restaurant and bar staff could not have been more helpful after we changed our seating requests to enjoy our post golf meal in the late afternoon sun. The Marshall, again nothing was to much trouble and the welcome and friendly banter from the members made for a special day.Reviewer Rating

Good course Friendly Staff and Members
Very good well kept course with lots of interesting holes.Greens were slower than normal when I played, due to tinning, but still true.
bunkers in good condition with soft sand.

Worth a visit
A lot of my mates have been talking about this place a lot and I can see why, brilliant course and condition was fantastic. Greens were tricky but absolutely pure and rapid. This place is up there.Reviewer Rating

Another great day at Aldwickbury

Wet day but great course and great hospitality
Course was beautifully presented with fairways and greens in great condition. Really interesting course with lots of elevation changes and/or curving holes. Food was delicious and well priced. All round great day even in very wet conditions.Reviewer Rating

Greens are pure and quick. I'm very good condition overall would highly recommend. Some short par 4s and 5s and a few longer and hard par 3s. Will be back again soon.

Very good test of golf and i have to say it was in superb condition compared to others I have played recently. The greens were exceptional and the fairways were dry with great grass coverage.

One of the best courses in Hertfordshire. Every hole is different so you need to think about your shot. This time of year (April) it plays longer that the yardage as quite a few of the greens are protected by bunkers or little up slopes which arrests the run.You will remember the trip over the hedge and back the following hole (12 & 13) and the lovely finishing hole with the lake.

Awesome Place
What a course - greens are up there with the best I've ever played on and the layout is superb. Clubhouse was busy but it was a really nice atmosphere and the staff we came across were all very helpful. The patio was a great place to enjoy some sun and a beer while watching others duff their approach into 18 just like me!Reviewer Rating

Top course
My favourite course in my neck of the woods. 18 very different holes each challenging in their own way. Amen corner of 12 13 and 14. Lovely finishing hole over the lake in front of the clubhouse patio. Reasonably open fairways but you have to be on your game on the greens. You will 3 putt more than once. Proshop staff are excellent as is Brian the steward in the lounge.Reviewer Rating
