Great course for all levels of golfers, tight fairways so need to keep the driver straight, lots of ponds, tee boxes good, greens good.

Nice course. Greens are lovely and true. Some complained about the sand being compacted, but I found it OK. A very nice course to play.

Nice welcome on arrival from staff and a couple of members, golf course in great condition! Tough holes with trouble in drop zone bunkers or water! Great from tee to fairways to greens! ???????? Good food in the clubhouse afterwards

Played here on the 25th of March 2017. Excellent day out. Staff and members very friendly. Course in good condition despite the heavy rainfall. Some challenging holes but a great day out. Will be returning in the Summer months.

This is one of the best courses in the North West. It has tight fairways and small well defended greens. Definitely worth a visit.

I have played this many times and although I don't work you can still play a round for £10 pounds great value so don't be put of by its location its beutefull the wiled life is amazing go on give it a go you won't be disappointed I promos?

I played Aldersey Green for the first time on sunday 21st april 2013 and after scoring 95, I agree with the reviews posted that it is a tricky course, very narrow and plenty of water hazards and obstacles that can spring up on you the first time you play here.
I really liked the course and would definitely return again as the value for money is excellent and the course is a good challenge.

Mersey valley golf course is really good very open bit flat but they are working on that in next few years club facilities superb very friendly very welcoming couple of temp greens in winter but rest of course spot on get good true roll on greens and they making adjustments over next few years cant wait to go back.

Aldersey Green is one of the best courses in the area. Its tight fairways and tricky greens mean it is a test for any golfer. The long pay threes are the stuff of nightmares but very rewarding if played well. The hospitality and value for money are excellent. If you get the opportunity to play this little gem, do so.

This course is a very good test if you score well round here i recon you can score well anywhere. I was happy with 92 my hadicapp being 13. Greens were ok they could be alot better tho.
