Broadly, the front nine is tighter than the back, yet there is still plenty of variety in each loop.
Traditional clubhouse with a fine welcome, along with a lovely courtyard to sit and soak up the sunshine after the round.
Well worth playing more than once to appreciate the design and to better understand positioning off the tee.

everyhole is different and you need to be a good ball striker and putter to have a good 18 holes.
Clubhouse is traditional and excellent and the food choice and quality is first class.
IMO a must play for anyone who loves golf and worth every penny!!

Really tough course
Maybe just me but this felt more like a 150 slope rating. 3rd hole is so difficult - no margin for error. Course is in great condition, greens are v good.Reviewer Rating

The course is in fantastic condition, greens are fast and undulating, the only criticism I have is that the bunkers are full of stones and have precious little sand in themReviewer Rating

Good looking course with tricky greens
A few signature holes some tight holes early on but opens up around the turn. Course generally in good condition, pretty dry even though after wet days. Greens had been recently treated but were fast and true, most greens had tricky cambers. Good pace of play, a little pricey.Reviewer Rating

Great character
It was nice to play a course where you think your way around as opposed to just bringing out the driver at every opportunity.Greens and tee's were in amazing condition giving that we haven't seen rain for so long. Bravo!!
