Perfect for the price
Generally well maintained (good to see the rough reduced a little so less lost balls and quicker rounds than previously - very sensible). Interesting and holds your attention. Really friendly staff. Excellent value for money.Reviewer Rating

Small friendly club near Much Hadham
Ash Valley is a small club, but makes up for this in the warmth of the welcome and the lack of restrictions on tee times. Membership and green fees for "Pay and Play" are both excellent value for money, and the club professional goes out of his way to be helpful. Being built on clay sub-soil, parts of the course can get rather wet in winter, but this only adds to the challenge.Reviewer Rating

Very Friendly Staff and Great Value For Money
Played here on a glorious Morning In June. For £15 for 18 holes it's an absolute bargain. Greens could do with a bit of work (they are true but one or two are a bit bare) and it's a long old course but it's really enjoyable to play. FOr the money it's worth every penny.Reviewer Rating
