Fantastic value , friendly staff , the course is challenging , good greens and for an new golfer myself ideal . no strict dress code your made welcome

they say you ' get what you pay for' but I must say that this club is a little better than its more expensive competition such as Sedgely and himley, it is cheaper and the greens are in better nick. The clubhouse is freindlier as well. Bacon cobs are only a quid , cant go wrong .

Hidden Gem
Always a pleasure to visit and play this little course. Great value for money. They have put the appropriate social distancing rules in place. Always challenging as there are a lot of raised greens. Can recommend.Reviewer Rating

Very good course to start on with narrow fairways surrounded by trees. If you can master the greens you can master any green as they are small and very fast Although they are kept very well my only complaint is, the bunkers are not great as the sand is hard and very uneven and could do with improving. Overall a great course.

superb course\\\\\\\\the greens are excellent ( very good fairways) staff are great very friendly and the deal they do on a Sunday\\bacon sand widge coffee or tea for 1.50 is superb. you cant beat thiscourse for all round quite simply eellent

A nice little course which once the 2nd of tee's are finally finished, will be a good test. small, undulating greens which are tricky to master and narrow fairways means it is a good workout, without being strenuous. money is being invested into it and the range is having some work doing to it.
i do have a couple of gripes though
*Clubhouse. that outer shell has been there for years, either finish it or flatten it and turn it into a nice patio area. the area where you pay is very enclosed and a bit intimidating.
* Holes 8-9 : Hole 8, there is no netting on the right hand side of the range, thus providing no protection should a slice come from the range and Hole 9 is far to close to the range and the netting isnt high enough. i was hit on both holes the last time i played it and it has put me off somewhat.

Absolutely superb course,best greens in area, just had major refurbishment, my local, and good to see money is constantly spent on improvements, great staff

A short course that is improving weekly. Narrow fairways and small, fast greens really help to hone your short game. There is a new practise area for chipping and putting. The driving range is being refurbished too. Friendly people in the bar! Great value for money-you should give it a try.

This course is where I started to play and probably a good place to start as the fairways are narrow and the greens are lightening fast. If you can master this then you will find it much easier on the more forgiving courses locally. Good place to start, helps that it has a driving range to loosen up. This course will be better when it matures more. Overall I enjoy a quick round here.

Very nice little course to get your swing back on track, A course where you dont have to try to hit anything hard, This is my local course, it is getting better everytime i go.The driving range is very usefull to use before your round.

Realy tricky little course. Looks like a pitch and put but the narrow fairways and roller coaster fast greens make it extermely difficult. A real test for any golfer and great value for money for a quick knock round
