It has hosted most major amateur and professional championships including nine Opens, two Ryder Cups, five Women’s British Open and the Amateur Championship. Derian House Children's Hospice Charity

Derian House in Chorley, Lancashire (www.derianhouse.co.uk) currently provides support for more than 250 families who have a child with a terminal or life threatening illness and a further 200 or so families are receiving bereavement support. The children need a high level of specialised care but the centralised government funding only provides enough for 5 weeks of the year. They rely heaviliy on public funds which is why we need your help.
