Coil for Better Golf

Very little by way of coiling going on here!

Notice how far the guy moves his head away from the target and its position at address. His head should be directly over or, preferably, just a tad behind the ball - not target side of the ball and certainly not back over his trailing side foot.

Before he can make any attempt at a half way reasonable shot, he would have to reverse this sideways movement of his entire upper body and get his head back to the place it was before he started his back swing.

Coil, by all means, but do not move your head off its original address position in the process.
