I have been looking for recent updates on the Equality Act regarding the "Age" section starting in 2012. I have registered on this site as you seem to have a good knowledge.
Can you advise me please is the "Age" part of the act to start in April 2012 ?
I am in a club where senior members over 65 receive £100 discount annually and are trying to delay / sabotage losing their discount and i am fighting it.
Please could you assist me.
