Course review : St Deiniol Golf Club
by Simon Howells on 8th July 2008Visited with workmates on a Monday in July. Course very quiet - no-one in clubhouse, shop and bar closed and no honesty box so we had to fiddle around a bit to make sure we had paid by the time we left. Course itself is very hilly and visitors would benefit from a simple course planner as there are many blind shots. Frustrating to cane your drive over the direction marker dead straight only to find it nestled behind a tree! However, a very interesting layout, with some awesome tee shots, and good fun.
