Motocaddy Wins Double Award at Foremost Ceremony

By: Golf Shake | Mon 13 Oct 2014

motocaddy win awardMotocaddy has been awarded golf’s ‘Most Innovative Product’ and ‘Trolley Model of the Year’ accolades for a second year running at the 2014 Foremost Golf Awards.

The compact-folding M1 PRO trolley – billed as the brand’s most successful model when it was launched – was crowned as golf’s ‘Most Innovative Product’ at the evening event hosted by BBC Sport presenter Andrew Cotter. It edged out other nominations including the Callaway Big Bertha Alpha driver and the PING G30 Turbulator range. Meanwhile, the UK’s favourite electric trolley, the Motocaddy S1, was chosen as the best of 2014 thanks to another year of exceptional sales.

The awards were voted by members of Foremost Golf – the largest buyer and seller of golf products in the UK – many of whom attended the ceremony at the Majestic Hotel in Harrogate as part of the 2014 Golf Show.

“We’re extremely proud to win these awards for a second time and would like to thank all Foremost members for their continued support over the last year,” said Motocaddy Sales Director Neil Parker. “The M1 PRO has proved a revelation because it allows golfers to fit their trolley easily into a car boot, while the S1 is arguably one of the most simple-to-use and reliable trolleys on the market.”

Motocaddy also received an award at the 2014 Golf Europe show in Augsburg, Germany, where its flagship M3 PRO claimed a key product award in the trolleys category.
