Horschel Holds Out for FedEx Cup [Video Highlights]
In what some have described as 'Tigeresque' Billy Horschel kept up his fine run of form to hold off the chasing pack and secure the Tour Championship and FedEx Cup with a 2 under par final round of 68.
Despite being tied for the lead overnight with world number 1 Rory McIlroy, Horschel pulled away early in the round from McIlroy, who was struggling with his own game, held off the challenge from Jim Furyk, before he faltered towards the end, and kept his own cool recording his 12th straight round in the 60s.

At the start of the 2014 season Horschel had earned just over $4.5 million but his recent run of form saw him pick up $3.4 million from winning the Tour Championship & recent performances along with the $10 million FedEx Cup bonus.
"I'm not sure life can be better than this," Horschel said.

Along with Chris Kirk, who finished 2nd in the FedEx Cup, Team USA may just be missing 2 of their in-form players from this year's Ryder Cup.
