Posted by: Darren Ramowski on Thu 28 Jun 2012
Marriott Golf UK has launched an exciting new Golf Rewards programme which will award customers with bonus points whenever they book a golf break at any of the eleven Marriott Hotel & Country Clubs across the UK.
The new Golf Rewards programme is available to Marriott Rewards members who book a golf break at the Marriott resorts at Breadsall Priory, Damahoy, Forest of Arden, Hanbury Manor, Hollins Hall, Lingfield, Meon Valley, St Pierre, Sprowston Manor, Tudor Park and Worsley and is designed to reward repeat customers for their loyalty and to entice newcomers to sample one of Marriott’s acclaimed golf breaks.
Under the terms of the new Golf Rewards programme the more you stay and play, the more bonus points you earn.
Customers who book a 1 night, 2 rounds, dinner, bed and breakfast package direct with Marriott via their online booking site MarriottGolf.co.uk will receive an additional 2,000 Marriott Rewards bonus points redeemable on your next visit to a Marriott resort. There are a massive additional 5,000 bonus points on offer for all customers who purchase a 2 nights, 3 rounds, dinner, bed and breakfast golf break.

“We believe the new Marriott Golf Rewards programme is a great way to reward our loyal customers and to show newcomers that booking a short break at a Marriott resort can be a great experience,” said Alison Ainsworth, Golf and Leisure Operations Director.
“It means the more you stay and play the more money you save and with great summer rates starting at just £110 per person you can stay and play our excellent courses and be rewarded for doing so.”
Marriott Golf UK is blessed with one of the most impressive portfolio of resorts in the country stretching from Dalmahoy in the north to Meon Valley in the south and from St Pierre in the west to Sprowston Manor in the east.
Dalmahoy, Forest of Arden, Hanbury Manor and St Pierre have all staged European Tour events on regular occasions while St Pierre also hosted the 1996 Solheim Cup when an American team captained by the legendary Judy Rankin mounted an impressive last day comeback to defeat a European side including Annika Sorenstam, Laura Davies and Alison Nicholas.
All eleven resorts feature at least one Championship standard golf course and also boast a wide range of other facilities designed for all the family.
“At Marriott we pride ourselves on providing a consistent product, an excellent standard of golf course and high service standards throughout, which is why we have such a large percentage of repeat customers,” added Ainsworth.
Golfers who want to take advantage of the new Marriott Golf Rewards programme can log onto www.marriottgolf.co.uk and following the simple booking instructions.
Collect your card at the Hotel when you arrive, or existing Marriott Reward Card holders should show their card on arrival and earn Marriott Rewards bonus points every time you do.
