By: Golfshake Editor | Thu 22 Jun 2017

The 122nd Amateur Championship is being played this week at the legendary Kent venues of Royal St. George's and Princes, and highlights of the historic event can be seen on Sky Sports 4 at a variety of times over the next few days.

The Championship runs until 24 June at Royal St George’s and Princes, England and brings together an international field of top amateur golfers from 40 countries.  A place in the 146th Open at Royal Birkdale is available for the winner along with a spot in the 2018 US Open at Shinnecock Hills and, traditionally, an invitation to the Masters Tournament at Augusta.

The television coverage, which is presented by Rolex, will appear on Sky Sports 4 from Thursday 22 June to Sunday 25 June and will include one hour programmes of the Final, Semi-Finals and Quarter-Finals as well as 30 minute highlights programmes of the third and fourth rounds.
