The weather is no excuse at the moment, so why not search for courses in your area, pick out the best ones to play, and then make it your mission to play at least 10 new courses over this golf season. Community Round up
 
Dave Doncaster has made what can only be described as a controlled and passionate plea in the forums this week about the state of tee boxes on the golf course. Are the tee areas as important as the greens or the fairways? Does it matter if your hitting off a flat surface? Join the debate.

There are public events for you to join in Staffordshire, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and even Portugal, as well as the two upcoming golfshake events – The Northern Cup, and The Weekend Cup.

There is however, a distinct lack of any member run events happening in the South, so come on you Southerners, lets get some competitions going
