Updating your profile, user settings, information and email subscriptions
The following information walks you through updating your golfshake.com profile including

The tab is found next to "View Profile" above.
From here you can set your security settings for your profile(i.e. Public, Friends only or site only), upload an image of yourself (click on Golf Info for this), add additional information about yourself, add golf related information (e.g. the clubs you use, where you like to play etc.) and create a pro blog with a dedicated title and a reduced golfshake.com branded profile page. By clicking on the tab (starting with Settings, highlighted below) you will be able to add your information.
Your security settings are important. If you set it to Private your buddies will not be able to link to you. We recommend you set your privacy level to friends only or site only if you are looking to join up with other members or create groups.
The information is privately held by golfshake.com and is not available publically to any companies or users.
Upload or delete your player photo, add a brief description about yourself and about your golf progress.
Let the other members know what clubs you play with. The competition shown below expires on 30th May 2011.
If you are interested in meeting other golfers and arranging games then the playing profile allows you to set your preferences and availability.
This is the information about yourself that we hold on the site. The basic information is available on the site but is not publicly available and is privately held by golfshake.com.
From this screen you can amend your registered e-mail address, postal address details and the e-mail's you would like to receive.
To change your username please contact us at help@golfshake.com with your new and old username and we can update it for you.
This section allows you to set which email alerts and newsletters you want to receive from golfshake.com, these can be changed and updated at any time giving you full control to opt-in and out of emails.
This screen helps you manage the reports, alerts and notifications you receive.
Use this screen to update your password to something more memorable.
From this screen you can easily upgrade your account or review the account types available to you.
