Create a blog/pro space and posting
Anyone using the golfshake.com site can create a blog and post information about their golf and their golf experiences.
Creating a pro blog/golf space
From your site settings page you are able to specify whether your profile is publicly available to non golfshake.com members and also create a pro blog.

A pro blog allows you to specify a dedicated blog title and will also update your profile so that it is more dedicated to you with reduced golfshake.com branding and navigation. Shortly you will also be able to select a theme and update your own header/banner image.
This is an example of Darren's profile page :

Adding blog posts/articles
The site allows you to add blog/news articles to your own profile, an event you manage or even a golf group you are a member of.
When you view the blog page you are able to selec the 'click to post new entry' which allows you to add a new entry.

You can then add a new entry.
Tagging allows you to categorise your blogs so that you can combine all entries that maybe relevant for instance 'Wokefield Park'. The tags/categories will then show on your main blog page and provide quick access to display the relevant blogs.
Selecting 'check this box to include in main site blog' will add your blog to the main golfshake.com site blog.
Selecting 'check this box to promote your blog' will post your blog to the main blog search engines.
You can also select to notify your buddies that you have posted a new blog, if they have opt'd in they will receive email notification of your new post.
