How to add a round

How to delete a round

There are 2 stages to deleting a round and both must be completed before your round is removed for good:

1. Click on Scoretracker, Rounds and View all Rounds . Put a tick in the Del box of the round you want to delete and click on Del to confirm.

2. Then go into the Tools Section, handicap tools and click on recalculate handicap . Click Re-Calculate and your round will then be deleted from your profile.

How to Edit a round
Click on Scoretracker /Rounds and then View all Rounds . For the round you wish to edit, click on the edit button   next to the round you wish to alter. Make the amendments you need and click on submit. If you are a Premium or Platinum member, you will be taken through to your additional stats which you can also amend /add from this screen.

How to add additional stats

This service is only available to Premium & Platinum members. Click here to upgrade your account.

Once you have entered your round click submit and as a premium user you will be taken to the next screen where you can enter your Putts, FIR , GIF , Bunker shots, Sand Save & Penalties. Again click submit.

How to print a Handicap certificate

This service is only available to Premium & Platinum members. Click here to upgrade your account.

if you go to the handicap page (http://www.golfshake.com/report/handicap.php) you should see a link to download the printer friendly version (click here to access PDF printer friendly certificate).

How to add a scorecard

Search for your course, click on "Courses & Scorecards" underneath the club's name and then at the bottom of the tees that are currently on the system click on "Click here to add a new tee for XXX Golf Club" at the bottom of the page. Fill in the details and click submit. If you have any problems adding a scorecard, please send the information to us at help@golfshake.com and we can enter it for you.

Incorrect tee information

If the tee information is incorrect, please use the process above for adding a new scorecard. If you have any problems adding a round please contact us at help@golfshake.com

The Handicap tools below will help you adjust your handicap:

Recalculate your Handicap

To calculate your initial handicap we will use either your starting handicap at signup or the average of your first 3 rounds.

If at any point you need to delete rounds or clean up your statistics please click here. Any manual adjustments you have made to your handicap will be finalised by using this tool.

This option only needs to be run if you have modified or deleted rounds that have previously been used for tracking your handicap or your handicap was calculated out of date order. Use this option to finish deleting a round.

Manually Adjust your Handicap

This can be used if you have not previously entered your starting handicap. Any rounds added after adjusting your handicap will use the new handicap (this can be useful to match to your club handicap). Once you set a season handicap you may need to recalculate your handicap as mentioned above. Please click here to start .

Rounds that have not been used to track your handicap
Using this link you can view the rounds that have not been used towards your handicap. To enable them to be used towards your handicap click on the EDIT link and tick the handicap box. You will then need to Recalculate handicap for the amendment to go live.

Eclectic Score

Click here to view your Eclectic score. An Eclectic score is when golfers play X number of rounds, and compare their scores on each hole per round. The lowest score made on each hole is recorded, producing an 18-hole score.
