Lost password

Click here for your password to be e-mailed to you instantly.

Lost password & username

Contact us at help@golfshake.com with your registered e-mail address and we will reply with your login details.

My login details do not work!

Please try the demo account to rule out any PC issues.
If you are unable to access the demo account please check your internet security cookie settings on your internet browser. Whilst we do not store any cookie data locally, security settings have been known to cause minor problems.

If you are able to login to the demo account please contact help@golfshake.com and we will look into this further for you.

Close Account

To close your account entirely please e-mail us at help@golfshake.com with your membership number and / or your registered e-mail address and we will close your account for you.

View and Edit your User Profile, Stats, Blogs Images, Buddies and Reviews

To view your profile please click on VIEW PROFILE at the top of any page. 

Here you can view, edit and update your profile page in "My Golf", view a summary of your golfing stats in "My Stats", read the blogs you have entered in "My Blog", view the images you have uploaded and delete them in "My Media", view your buddy list in "My Buddies" and view the reviews you have added to golf courses on golfshake.com in "My Reviews".

Settings

The tab is found next to "View Profile" above.

From here you can set your security settings for your profile(i.e. Public, Friends only or site only), upload an image of yourself (click on Golf Info for this), add additional information about yourself, add golf related information (e.g. the clubs you use, where you like to play etc.) and create a pro blog with a dedicated title and a reduced golfshake.com branded profile page. By clicking on the tab (starting with Settings) you will be able to add and update your information.

Security Settings

Your security settings are important. If you set it to Private your buddies will not be able to link to you. We recommend you set your privacy level to friends only or site only if you are looking to join up with other members or create groups.

 

Data protection

The information is privately held by golfshake.com and is not available publically to any companies or users.

Email subscriptions

This section allows you to set which email alerts and newsletters you want to receive from golfshake.com, these can be changed and updated at any time giving you full control to opt-in and out of emails.
