In a stableford competition, does a golfer, playing of +1, who scores a par 3 on the hole with a stroke index of 18 score 2 points or 1? |

Index does matter. ie +2 golfer would have to birdie SI17 & SI18 to get two points on each. It goes from the highest index hole downwards

I just cannot imagine a plus golfer lowering himself to play in a Stableford. |
